Colon Hydrotherapy Testimonial
Sammy – Thank you
I came for colon hydrotherapy mostly because I wanted to see what
it was like! A few people had said it might help as I always felt
really tired and lethargic. Everything felt like hard work and I
was a bit run down. But not now!
I was surprised and pleased at how un-embarrassing colon hydrotherapy
was, and how easy it was. I’ve raved on about it to all my
friends so I thought I would rave about it to any stranger who wanted
read about it!
Sammy really put me at ease and showed me around before I committed
myself. She explained everything really well and in a down to earth
manner.
After undressing and putting on my gown I went into the colon hydrotherapy
treatment room and lay on my back on the bed. Sammy left the room.
she had already told me I was to be inserting the end of the tube
myself and this was surprisingly easy to do with my gloved hand
and my sachet of lubricant, and no it doesn’t feel uncomfortable
it only goes in about an inch! After this I pulled the big fluffy
towels over me and rang the bell for Sammy to come back in. So far
so good - zero embarrassment. I was then completely covered over
with an extra towel.
Colon hydrotherapy treatment time. Sammy turned on the water and
I could feel it a little running inside me, she said to wait till
I felt full and then bear down like you do when you have a poo.
Easy but very strange. Kind of like doing a wee but out of your
bottom. The water runs back inside you, your insides fill up and
then you push the water out and hey presto more than water comes
out.
It felt great.
After nearly half an hour of this filling up and emptying and being
mildly amused by what had gone past in the viewing tube, my session
came to an end. Sadly I must say in a weird kind of way.
Having showed me where the shower was Sammy left the room, (it’s
attached to the bed and you just sit up and shower your bits and
bum!) then back into the other room to get dressed. Into reception
for a nice glass of water and loads of extra advise from Sammy.
So how did I feel afterwards?....... I felt great, lighter, relaxed
and of course cleaner. How can you describe these feelings?
All the next week my partner said it was like living with a new
woman (a better one!!) he was so impressed with how I had improved
he has even paid for me to have another when I next feel I need
it.
2 weeks on and I’m still raving on about it. And still feeling
great.
