Colonic Irrigation Testimonial

After returning home from a 4 month holiday, feeling totally bloated and in poor condition from mucho eating and drinking, I knew I needed to give my body some care and attention it really deserved because being in my more mature years, the bodily workings were slowing down in pace.

I knew about the colonic irrigation but I didn’t fancy the process, but after some thought I took the bull by the horns and decided to book an appointment.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed in by Sam and was immediately put at ease. We spoke in length in the lovely calm environment that the Cleansings Rooms has to offer.

I was then given a full length disposable gown, placed myself onto the bed and inserted the tube easily into my bottom. I then covered myself with a towel and buzzed Sam to come in, where she made sure I was comfortable and at ease before the colonic irrigation treatment began.

It felt a little strange for the first few minutes until I got into the swing of it and then I was away! It just felt like I was having a wee but out of my bum!

The colonic irrigation treatment was over after 35 minutes and my stomach felt a lot flatter and I had a lovely empty feeling. I felt really well. Sam kept her eye on me throughout the treatment but I appreciated the privacy.

I have now had 4 colonic irrigation sessions and my skin looks much better and I feel a lot fitter as well as emptier!

Thanks Sam for introducing me to colon care and I now know a little more about how my body works and the help it sometimes needs.
