What to Expect

Your visit to The Cleansing Rooms will involve completing a health questionnaire followed by an explanation of the procedure. The colonic itself will take 35 to 40 minutes. During the treatment your therapist can use special massage techniques to stimulate the release of stored faecal matter if you wish.

Throughout your treatment, your modesty is our uppermost concern. The system used is specially designed so you can insert the pencil thin nozzle by yourself in the privacy of the room. You will be given a full length gown and remain fully covered at all times.

Everyone is unique and each person will experience colonic irrigation differently, but generally there can be a feeling of lightness, of being “clean and empty”, and an increased clarity of mind, although during the procedure you may feel slight discomfort from time to time, whenever toxic waste detaches from the bowel wall and leaves the body. However the vast majority of people find the whole experience to be very positive.
